Established in 1997, Didac are based in Bristol at the Woodwise Academy, which sits alongside the River Avon, a fantastic location, with a fully equipped woodworking facility to work and train in. They are a National Training Provider offering apprenticeship programmes in Furniture & Wood and Professional Development, delivered face to face in the client’s workplace. They also offer workplace commercial training and short courses in Furniture & Wood, Industrial Plant Training and Health & Safety, offering specialist courses for novices, experienced and trainer training.

Our Health & Safety team offer a wide range of training and consultancy services including woodworking machinery audits, risk assessment and dust/noise monitoring surveys. They are happy to be working alongside the BFM to provide a free access ‘first responder’ service for its members, offering specialist advice and guidance relating to accidents, queries or HSE interventions, with discounted rates for members requiring other services.
